the service is terrible, the receptionists are always in a bad mood and are super rude. the breakfast does not have variety. the location is ok but if I had known before I would have chosen another hotel. I won't come back and I do not recommend 😫

- WiFi did not work in our room and the complaint at the reception was unanswered. - Towels were missing in the room. Called the reception who said they will bring towels. Nobody brought towels. - With no reason, room was not cleaned daily. We stayed 4 days and never got new towels. - TV in the room did not work properly

Stayed from 14th -19th may 2022 Staff A+ Food fantastic choices Very clean Everyone so helpful Great entertainment Bike storage if you hire a bike The spa downstairs was just wow and was included in the price of hotel ! Free slushy machine was a bonus Genuinely great hotel and looking forward to returning

What could easily be expected to offer peace and quiet to guests often turn out to be a hotel where everyone feels free to do as they please. Loud music and late night parties too often disturb the peace of regular guests. If you try and ask for help, no one seems to be willing and able to help. It's a question of mere chance.
